Situated at the beginning of the old town on the left of Via Assietta, this restaurant specialises in Piemontese and Sardinian cuisine, including fresh fish and a weekly Saturday special Sardinian dish of roast suckling pig (booking advised).  They also serve delicious pizzas and have an excellent buffet table for antipasta with a huge selection of vegetables, cheeses, fish and meets. 

The Sardinian owner, Giorgio and his staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Genevris restaurant on the mountain is also owned by the same people - an excellent lunch stop with a huge buffet selection as well as traditional home-cooked dishes.

Our Comments

Excellent value for money food, served in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Booking advised at weekends.  Try the Genevris slopes for some challenging skiing (often quieter than other slopes).
